I know there are people who claim they enjoy being fat. But the fact is most people don’t get to choose. The biggest change is that we knowingly, but helplessly rush towards obesity like a train out of control. Look around, the fact is we’re all getting fat, we’ve learned that no diet in the world can correct our weight, but we still try and fail with each new diet. We do that because till now, that’s the only solution we have ever been offered. We soon learn that diets don’t work. They can’t, our body will never let them. Still we look for that Magic Diet.
